Every Bailey’s Blankets piece is handmade and one of a kind, crocheted on the Northern Oregon Coast. Because of that, please read this policy before you order. By placing an order you agree to the terms below.

All sales are final

Because our pieces are handmade, and many are crocheted to order, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, fit, or color preference. Please review your size, design, and order details carefully before checking out, and email us with any questions before you buy. We are always happy to help you choose the right piece.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Your satisfaction still matters to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered, email baileysblanketscontact@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will make it right with a repair, replacement, or refund. This applies to every item, including made-to-order pieces.

Local pickup orders

Orders placed for local pickup are also final sale. Please inspect your item at pickup so we can address any issue right away.
