These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of baileysblankets.com and any purchase you make from Bailey’s Blankets (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Who we are

Our products

Our blankets are handmade and one of a kind. Colors, textures, and exact dimensions may vary slightly from the photographs and from piece to piece. This is the nature of handmade work, not a defect. Made-to-order items are crocheted specifically for you after you order and require production time before they ship.

Pricing and availability

All prices are in U.S. dollars. We work to keep product information, pricing, and availability accurate, but errors can occur. We reserve the right to correct any error, and to change prices or discontinue any item, at any time. If we cancel an order because of a pricing or availability error, we will notify you and refund any payment in full.

Orders and payment

When you place an order you are making an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline. Payment is processed securely by Square. By ordering, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the order total, including shipping. We do not see or store your full card details.

Shipping and pickup

We currently ship within the United States only. Standard shipping is a flat $5.00 per order, and free local pickup at our Seaside shop is available during business hours. Made-to-order items ship after they are crocheted; production time varies by piece. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier or at pickup.

Returns

All sales are final. The only exception is an item that arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, which we will make right. See our Returns & Refund Policy for full details.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including blanket designs, photographs, text, and the Bailey’s Blankets name and logo, belongs to Bailey’s Blankets or its makers and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without our written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to attempt to access areas you are not authorized to use.

Disclaimer of warranties

The site and our products are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated here, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in this section affects your rights regarding items that arrive damaged, defective, or not as described.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of an order or your use of this site is limited to the amount you paid for the item or items giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Oregon.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated Terms.
